Energy balance
Implementation of energy optimization measures
A mass and energy balance is drawn up to check the energy consumption.
Depending on the local conditions and measurement options on site, the following data is recorded for this purpose:
- performance of the plant at the time of measurement in kg/h; net/gross
- gas consumption of the tunnel kiln in kW/h
- gas consumption of the dryer in kW/h
- flue gas losses in kW/h
- air and mass flows at the kiln and the dryer in kg/h; kW/h - for example the contravec air system, combustion air, hot air, wet air, undercar cooling, exit losses
The results are summarized in a report.
