Introduction
Our company is committed to promoting ethically responsible business practices and ensuring that our suppliers share the same values. This Code of Practice sets out the expectations we have of our suppliers in terms of social responsibility, environmental protection and ethical business behaviour.
The abbreviation CSR stands for „Corporate Social Responsibility“ and is to be understood as the social responsibility of companies in terms of sustainable business. CSR is the responsibility of companies for their impact on society.
Our company is committed to promoting ethically responsible business practices and ensuring that our suppliers share the same values. This Code of Practice sets out the expectations we have of our suppliers in terms of social responsibility, environmental protection and ethical business behaviour.

The supplier undertakes not to employ illegal workers and shall ensure that all its personnel are properly employed and have valid visas and work permits. The Supplier shall indemnify and hold harmless the Buyer from and against any action for the assertion of claims resulting from these provisions (including legal costs).

Employment rights: Suppliers shall respect internationally recognised employment rights, including freedom of association, the right to collective bargaining, the abolition of forced labour and child labour, the provision of fair and decent working conditions and the payment of the minimum wage.

Health and safety: Suppliers must ensure that their working environments are safe and conducive to health. They should take adequate measures to prevent accidents, injuries and occupational diseases.

Environmental laws and regulations: Suppliers shall comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations and standards and be committed to sustainable resource use.

Emissions reduction: Suppliers should take measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and other environmentally harmful emissions. They should also promote the use of renewable energy and energy-efficient technologies.

Waste management: Suppliers should support waste minimisation, recycling and the safe disposal of waste. They should also seek ways to make their production processes more environmentally friendly.

Human rights: Suppliers must ensure that human rights are respected throughout their supply chain. This includes combating forced labour, trafficking in human being and discrimination of any kind.

Supplier selection: When selecting suppliers, we give preference to those who adopt socially and environmentally responsible practices and share our company’s values.

Transparency: Suppliers should maintain transparent business practices, including disclosure of information about their social and environmental performance and supply chains.

Combating corruption: Suppliers must adhere to high ethical standards and commit to strictly reject and prevent any form of corruption, bribery, extortion and unfair business practices.
