Modernisation of a packaging system for sand-lime bricks
It is not always necessary to change the concept of an existing installation. Thanks to the latest technologies, existing plants can be brought up to the current state of the art.
Formerly hydraulically-actuated grippers are now replaced by pneumatically-actuated or motor-driven grippers.
Replacing the drive, retrofitting the conveyor technology, the latest sensors and safety technology in accordance with the latest Machinery Directive, in combination with modernising the control system, breathe new life into the old system - and all this with considerably less energy input.
