Health management Health occupies a special place at KELLER. To give the best support for our employees we offer a variety of fitness training options in cooperation with Hansefit or we arrange sessions in a local physiotherapy practice.
IdeenPlus (Idea Management) Ideas for improvement developed by our employees are valuable for the success of the company. Therefore, we appreciate and reward them. The decentralised idea management system is a user-friendly tool that helps handling practical suggestions for improvement made by our employees and ensures their implementation within a reasonable time.
Work-life balance The reconciliation of family and working life is just as important to KELLER as is a good work-life balance for each employee. For this purpose we created projects to offer flexibility for our employees.
HR-Security Safety for our employees is not only of the highest priority inside the company building, but also on the construction sites abroad. We protect their safety of our employees on a global scale and assist in the information process before a stay or deployment abroad.
Regular performance reviews The knowledge and skills of our employees are always recognised by the management. To encourage the development of employees and to recognise requirements and potentials we conduct regular performance reviews.
Emergency association The Notgemeinschaft (emergency association) is a social initiative "from employees for employees" that gives some financial support to colleagues in an emergency or hardship situation.
Social commitment Social commitment is a long-standing tradition for KELLER and its staff. We support events as sponsors for social projects and are getting a very positive response from our staff in this respect.
ISO certification The company policy is based on the requirements for a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and an environmental management system according to DIN EN ISO 14001:of 2009. KELLER would like to exceed these requirements for its staff and with the support of its staff.
Professional training and development We are proud of our employees' know-how and provide many opportunities for development in many directions. We support our employees by offering them individual training courses and also promote internal knowledge sharing.
