KELLER HCW Collection Service

If it’s urgent, come to us: collection service. Most of KELLER HCW’s machinery and plant is tailored to the customer’s requirements. They are known as extremely robust with a long working life, and they often work for decades without failures.

Nevertheless, we must admit that even parts of machinery and plant supplied by us may break and have to be replaced.

Standard spare and wearing parts are kept in stock or made available in no time; individual spare parts are made immediately on receipt of the order.

To enable our customers to get a spare part, which we have in stock or which is ready as quickly as possible, we offer – besides an adequate mode of dispatch – the possibility of collecting the spare parts from our "Service Depot" out of normal business hours.

We give you a code number enabling you to open the "Service Depot" and to collect the spare parts deposited there at any time.
