New structure for the KELLER division
[June 2011] After a year’s experience gained with and within the KELLER division, it was time to look back. We asked the question whether we did reach the targets we set for ourselves, whether we did meet the market requirements, and whether there is room for improvement and if so, how can we realise this potential?
For a start, we can say that in the past year we created a very good professional and personal network within the KELLER division. The cooperation between the companies morando, Rieter, novoceric and KELLER provides the resources to successfully use the extensive know-how of the employees at the sites at Ibbenbüren-Laggenbeck, Mellrichstadt, Constance and Asti in order to offer and to implement both high-quality and complex individual solutions as well as turn-key solutions for the heavy clay industry. The in-house production of most components allows for a high degree of flexibility and best performance. In our opinion, the explicit objective, which is the expansion of the service activities within the network of the KELLER division, can be regarded as successful and is widely recognised as trendsetting by the market.
Customer focus, quality and reliability in regard to meeting deadlines are, and will remain, criteria the market applies when rating us. In a market environment that can still be considered as difficult, these are the everyday challenges we want to and have to meet. Therefore it is important to simplify, to harmonise and to improve workflows continuously to be in an even better position to meet the above challenges set by the market.
Against this background we decided to merge the German companies KELLER HCW, Rieter and novoceric to form one unit from June 1, 2011 with legal retrospectivity effective from January 1, 2011. The sites in Ibbenbüren-Laggenbeck, Mellrichstadt and Constance will be maintained as will the established brand names novoceric and Rieter.
The synergy effects from the merger of the three companies will benefit the customers, suppliers and employees of the "new" KELLER HCW GmbH alike. Putting our best assets forward, we look ahead with optimism to consolidate and to further extend our leading position as machine and plant manufacturer for the heavy clay industry.
