New tunnel kiln inaugurated in Indonesia by KELLER HCW
[June 2010] On June 16, 2010, a very special good luck symbol was unveiled in the Pabrik Genteng "GOOD YEAR" brick plant (Surabaya, Indonesia).
Very much to the joy of brick plant owner Halim Hartono, a huge koi carp made of glazed bricks decorates the modern KELLER HCW-tunnel kiln.
The construction for this new tunnel kiln was started in December 2009. The kiln is expected to start operation in December 2010. Approx. 39.000 roof tiles will then be produced per day. KELLER HCW wishes the company good luck and "Setiap saat membakar dengan baik" (Good Firing)!
