A blessed farewell gift

[February 2010] On the occasion of his official retirement farewell ceremony on February 18, 2010, KELLER HCW’s well known and highly appreciated area sales manager Werner Hövelmeyer received a very special gift. Lorenz Bieringer, member of the managing board of Schlagmann Baustoffwerke, handed over a so-called "Pope’s brick". This numbered and blessed brick was produced by the company Schlagmann in a limited edition and consists of the same material as the one of which the birth house of pope Benedikt was made.
