Ceramitec 2009: Preparations in full swing
[September 2009] Soon it will be that time again when the Ceramitec will take place on the grounds of the New Munich Trade Fair Centre. The fair will officially be opened on October 20th and last until October 23rd. More than 600 exhibitors from 35 countries have already applied for the world’s leading trade fair for the ceramic industry. All important key companies in the sector will exhibit. KELLER HCW’s preparations for the event are already running at full speed. KELLER HCW will, as usual, present its latest developments in the field of machinery and plants for the heavy clay industry to trade visitors. Special focus will be laid on robot handling and auomation technology.
All machines and systems of KELLER HCW will be exhibited on the common stand of keyria in hall B5. Since the end of the year 2007 the companies grouped so far within the Ceric Group, now are acting under the new brand name keyria. keyria is a division of the French group Legris Industries grouping together the competences of many years of well-known companies. Under the brand name keyria – A DIVISON OF LEGRIS INDUSTRIES, worldwide operating manufacturers of machines and plants with focus on the building materials industry are cooperating together.
Companies as KELLER HCW GmbH (Germany), novoceric Transportanlagen GmbH (Germany), CERIC (France) and Equipceramic (Spain) are belonging to the heavy clay business area of keyria. Rieter-Werke, Morando S.R.L. (Italy), Favole (Italy) and Pelerin (France) will present themselves under the new brand name keyria CPS – Clay Preparation Services. Thus keyria is worldwide the only supplier for turn-key solutions within the heavy clay industry. Complete plants and individual solutions from handling in the quarry up to the packed product are developed and manufactured.
Moreover keyria is the competent partner for concrete products (concrete blocks, pavers and edge tiles etc.) gypsum products (moulding gypsum, gypsum blocks, gypsum boards etc.) as well as technical and high-tech ceramic (high temperature technology, filter plants etc.)
Actually more than 1,400 plants have been developed and installed worldwide by the keyria experts.
Moreover the brand keyria stands for intelligent solutions in the areas of automation and measurement and control.
The keyria presentation on the Ceramitec 2009 will be focused on energy-saving production procedures as well as future-oriented solutions for the heavy clay industry. The latest kiln and dryer technologies, reduction of the primary consumption for drying and firing, preparation concepts, grinding technologies, robot handling as well as automation technology and worldwide customer oriented service activities will furthermore be presented.
