KELLER HCW sparks the excitement of a Chinese delegation
[July 2008] On the occasion of a technical meeting to discuss the building of one of the first energy-saving insulating block plants in the north-west of China, the Xinjiang Urban Construction Company and the Xi’an Institute visited the worldwide leading manufacturer for machinery and plants for the heavy clay industry, KELLER HCW in Ibbenbüren-Laggenbeck.
After long discussions, plant and site visits, a special event took place last Tuesday at the Rheine-Eschendorf aerodrome. Sky-divers from the Rheine e.V. sky-diving sport club risked diving out of a hot-air balloon.
The hot air balloon from the Mettingen balloon team started in Rheine-Mesum in order to guarantee diving directly above the field in Rheine-Eschendorf. What for experienced sky-divers had even been an event, was a good enough reason for the Chinese delegation to take this opportunity to make an excursion to the aerodrome. A tandem dive which followed, also fascinated the Chinese visitors as well as many other guests at the Rheine-Eschendorf aerodrome.
