Brickworks in Jin Cheng put into operation
[May 2008] After the realization of the project in Yang Quan, a further production line planned and realized by KELLER HCW has now been successfully put into operation in China. The scope of delivery of the technological leader based in Ibbenbüren-Laggenbeck comprises two production lines including cutting machine, turnover device, Cella-Flex, setting machine and unloading equipment. One of the production lines has already been commissioned at the beginning of May and is producing brick sizes such as 240 × 115 × 90 mm, 240 × 115 × 53 mm, 240 × 115 × 240 mm and 190 × 115 × 90 mm.
The customer Jin Cheng Kangsha Building Material Co. Ltd. belongs to the Jin Cheng Coal Group, which is is situated in the South of Shanxi Province and is one of the biggest coal mines in China. The new brick factory processes dykite as well as flue ash and is designed for an output of approx. 20.000 Chinese bricks per hour and production line.
