Ceremonial laying of foundation stone at ZAO "Pawlowskaja Keramika"
[August 2006] Even the weather put on its best face on August 23, 2006, and the ceremonial laying of the foundation stone at ZAO "Pawlowskaja Keramika" in Pawlowsky Posad, Russia, took place in sunshine.
As already mentioned in edition No. 8/2006 of "ZI-Ziegelindustrie", the reconstruction of the ZAO "Pawlowskaja Keramika" brick factory in Pawlowsky Posad is being done by KELLER HCW.
In the presence of representatives of the regional administration department, the financing bank, Sberbank, as well as further guests of honour the foundation stone was laid. To mark the occasion an antiquated worm extruder was presented as a new landmark for the factory.
As well as various greetings the General Director, Mr. Oleg Shaparenko, explained the importance of the factory for the employees as well as for the whole city and region. After commissioning, which is scheduled for August 2007, the factory will produce 60 Mio. high-quality facing bricks per year.
The KELLER HCW scope of delivery starts with the extruder die and includes the newly developed universal cutter with lateral cut, the complete machinery for brick production, the process equipment for tunnel dryer and tunnel kiln as well as the unloading and packaging equipment.
