CERAMITEC 2006
KELLER HCW on the CERIC Group Stand in Munich
[March 2006] KELLER HCW, one of the most innovative manufacturers of machinery and plants for the heavy clay industry worldwide presents future-oriented solutions for the brick industry at CERAMITEC 2006.
Mechanical engineering
An absolutely new innovation is the universal cutter with a 5-wire-side cut (i.e. cutting up to five bricks simultaneously) and includes a 4-side chamfering device. Up to 12,000 facing bricks or pavers per hour can be cut.
Automation systems
• Up to date K-matic process computer systems for tunnel kiln, tunnel dryer, chamber dryer and machine visualization
• Follow-up of materials with car position protocols and historical data profiles
• Management information system for the determination of machine outputs, consumptions, cost calculations, maintenance plans, etc.
• Fully automatic data back-up and data filing of process computer systems and control systems
• Programming and fault finding by means of W-LAN and programming server
• Preparation of setting patterns and three-dimensional graphical support
• Automatic calculation of electronic cam disks for universal cutter
Measuring and control systems
Measuring system for the determination of moisture in the clay. A new product penetrating microwave principle allows for the dense and weight independent measuring of surface and volume moisture of bulk clay. The system can be integrated into existing plants without any problem.
All machines and systems are exhibited and in operation on the stand of the CERIC Group in hall B5, Stand No. 211/308.
