KELLER is a division of the French group of companies «Legris Industries». The main focus of the business activities is on the construction of plants and machinery for the heavy clay industry. KELLER furthermore covers the following three business activities: automation, measuring and controlling as well as plastic technology.
After a year of intensified preparations, important strategic steps could be started in spring 2011 in order to strengthen the division. The division consisting of the four companies KELLER HCW, novoceric, Rieter and morando has been restructured, enabling KELLER division to be not only one of the worldwide leading suppliers of complete plants for the the heavy clay industry, but also the only one offering from one single source.
The holding comprises the two well-established companies KELLER HCW GmbH (Ibbenbüren-Laggenbeck, Germany) and morando S.R.L. (Asti, Italy). The former independent companies novoceric and Rieter have been merged into the company KELLER HCW GmbH, yet their sites as well as brands will remain.
Due to the restructuring process, the division was able to decrease its administration and distribution expenses. Customers of the KELLER-companies furthermore profit from improvements directed to production and service. All of these enhancements will contribute to an improvement of the competitive strength of KELLER division in the years to come.
